Peanut Butter Oatmeal
Ingredients:
PREP:
Preheat oven to 350-deg F
In a large bowl cream together shortening butter both sugars and peanut butter untill smooth. Beat in the two eggs one at a timecontinue untill well blended.
In a separate bowl sift together flour baking soda salt. Add to the creamed mixture continuously stirring. Add the rolled oats until just combined.
Drop by heaped teaspoon full onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 mins or until just light brown. remove from oven and cool for 1 min. remove from baking sheet to cooling rack. When cooled store in air tight container and ENJOY….
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pre-heat oven to 375-deg F
In a large bowl cream together butter, peanut butter,brown sugar, white sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the corn syrup, water, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl sift to combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the peanut butter mixture, and fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop by 1/4 cup fulls 3 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 14 mins or until the edges are golden brown. remove from oven and allow to cool for 1 min before remiving from baking sheet and placing on cooling rack.
SIMPLE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Ingredients:

cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in other ingredients making a batter. Place batter in the fridge for 1-Hour.
Roll into 1” balls and place on baking sheets. Flatten out each ball with a fork using a cross hatch pattern. Bake in a pre-heated oven (375 deg F)for about 10 Min or until they begin to brown (do not over bake).
Remove from baking sheet to a cooling rack. When cooled enjoy…..
